Mental Health Literacy
Mental health literacy refers to the knowledge and understanding that individuals have about mental health conditions, their prevention, and management. It includes recognising specific mental health issues, knowing how to seek help, and understanding the ways to support those with mental health challenges. This module will equip you with a basic-level of mental health literacy, to support your athletes, peers, and your own mental health.
