"Sharing knowledge to build a stronger coaching community."

1. Why You Want to Be Involved in the Mentoring Program?

I have always had a passion for our sport and, although I have been a coach for many years, I still remember my early experiences. Other coaches at the time were protective of information and unwilling to share. I believe this approach is wrong, and if I can contribute to changing this, I’m all in. I want to share knowledge that mentees can integrate into their own coaching styleβ€”this is the true art of coaching.

2. What You Can Offer the Mentees?

I aim to offer encouragement, guidance, and strategies for dealing with challenging situations and difficult people. My experience spans coaching athletes of all levels, from juniors to Olympians, and I understand the nuances of balancing elite sports performance with holistic athlete development.

3. What You Would Like to Gain from Participating in the Program?

I hope to see more coaches staying in the sport long-term and eventually stepping into mentorship roles themselves. This cycle of sharing and support will ensure the sport thrives for future generations.
