World Athletics Participant Info

The High Performance Coach Program is designed to develop expert coaches and coach developers who can lead and contribute within high performance systems. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge, leadership skills and systemic understanding needed to drive the ongoing development of athletes, coaches and coaching structures across athletics.
Spanning six key themes from coaching value and adult learning to system design and mental performance, the program blends world-class content with contemporary adult learning approaches. It fosters both personal and professional growth through applied learning and reflection.
At its core, the program aims to build a skilled and connected community of coach developers who model best practice, engage coaches as active learners, and shape the future of coach education and athlete development in Australia.
