How do I upload my Working With Children Check?

As part of Athletics Australia’s commitment to child safety, we require all coaches to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or a valid exemption. We also require that your WWCC details are uploaded to your Athletics Australia account.

COACH AND ATHLETE ACCOUNT

  • If you are a coach and an athlete, this process will be slightly different due to your account setup. You can update your details by clicking here.

COACH ONLY ACCOUNT

  • If you are a coach only (i.e. not an athlete), you can update your WWCC details by clicking here.

  • For a step-by-step guide on how to update these details, please watch the video below. 

Additional Information

If you need to apply for a WWCC, please refer to the relevant State or Territory website via the links below:  

If you are exempt from a WWCC (as per the requirements of your State or Territory), you will need to indicate this on your profile.
