"Giving back to the sport by sharing lifelong experiences and insights with the next generation of coaches."

1. Why You Want to Be Involved in the Mentoring Program

Giving back to the sport that has given me so much has always been important to me. Over my coaching career, I’ve had the privilege of learning from others, observing, and engaging with coaches and athletes. These experiences have been invaluable, and I want to share my journey, learnings, and insights with developing coaches.

2. What You Can Offer the Mentees

My coaching career has been filled with highs and lows, successes and challenges. Through reflection, problem-solving, and observation, I have developed a wealth of knowledge. While I may not have all the answers, I can provide support, challenge thinking, and be a resource for mentees striving to reach their goals.

3. What You Would Like to Gain from Participating in the Program

Building relationships and supporting others in their journey brings immense satisfaction. Witnessing people strive to meet their goals is incredibly rewarding.
