Marching: Develops running posture, dorsiflexion, and limb mechanics
A-Skip: Develops reactive strength in the foot, thigh, hamstrings, hips, and trunk, and correct foot plant and knee drive mechanics.
A-Skip with Dowell: Develops strength in core and emphasises lower body mechanics.
Driving Knees: Develops hamstring strength and emphasises desired form during the recovery phase.
Straight Leg Shuffle: Develops the desired foot strike.
