New Course: What You Coach

Another free community coaching masterclass has been releaed on the Athletics Learning Centre, “What You Coach”.

This course explores how to create effective session plans that meet the needs and motivations of your community-level participants. Throughout the self-paced online course you will learn:

  • How to identify the key requirements and elements of a session plan.

  • How to chose the most effective approach for your session.

  • When and how to adapt a session on the fly.

  • How to reflect on whether your session meets the needs and motivations of your participants.

Constraints-led Coaching

The Constraints-Led approach is about the coach creating and manipulating certain aspects of the training environment, referred to as constraints, to provide opportunities for participants to discover and explore solutions to the presented information.   

At the successful completion of this course, you will be awarded with 15 CPD points.
