Why I want to be a mentor
I would love to mentor as I recently had the privilege of being mentored through the Women in High Performance Coach Program and this has made a huge impact on me as a person and as a coach which has reflected in my coaching and life. I have become so much more confident in coaching and as a person and the difference it has made for me has been life changing.
What I can offer mentee coaches
As a mentor I can offer honesty and trust while listening, encouraging, motivating and sharing experiences.
What I would like to gain from being a mentor
I also want to learn from the mentees and love encouraging female coaches to further their levels and pursue coaching while expanding their network.
