Adam Didyk
Athletics Australia High Performance Coach Mentor
"Supporting others to leave the sport in a better place."
I have consistently taken on roles aligned with my key personal value of βHelping Others.β Mentoring offers an opportunity to support others with the skills I have developed through experience. My goal is to leave the sport in a better place than when I first became involved.
I provide mentees with the opportunity to develop themselves as individuals in the coaching world. My focus is on helping them identify their strengths, areas for growth, and attributes that support successful coaching.
I aim to build genuine connections with coaches in a way similar to coaching athletes. I am inspired by their dedication and investment in themselves, which in turn motivates me.
