Coach Pass Registration Now Open for the the 2025 Chemist Warehouse Australian All Schools Athletics Championships

Australian Athletics is pleased to announce that Coach Pass registration is now open for the 2025 Chemist Warehouse Australian All Schools Athletics Championships. The event will take place from Thursday 4 December to Sunday 7 December 2025 at Lakeside Stadium, Melbourne. The pass also gives you access to the 2025 Australian Athletics Schools Challenge on the 8th of December.
The Coach Pass provides accredited coaches with free entry to the Championships, ensuring you can be on hand to guide and support your athletes throughout the event. To avoid paying spectator ticket fees or risking missing out, we encourage all coaches to register early and complete the required steps now.
Eligibility Requirements
To be issued with a Coach Pass, you must:
Hold an active and current coach accreditation recognised by Australian Athletics.
Have successfully completed the 2025–26 Mandatory Coach Update Module on the Athletics Learning Centre.
Hold a valid Working with Children Check (or recognised exemption) in your state or territory of residence.
General Terms
By registering, you agree to:
Remain in good standing with Australian Athletics and your State or Territory Member Association.
Act with professionalism, integrity, and respect towards athletes, officials, volunteers, and fellow coaches at all times.
Comply with the Australian Athletics Member Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and event rules.
Understand that passes are non-transferable and valid only for the registered coach.
Collecting Your Pass
Your Coach Pass lanyard will be available for collection at the main entrance of Lakeside Stadium. Simply provide your name to the accreditation desk staff to receive your pass.
