We’re thrilled to welcome Keston Bledman to Australia for this pair of special sessions. A world class sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago, Keston is a two time Olympic medallist, three time Olympian, and five time national 100m champion who has spent years competing at the very highest level of the sport. Now working as a coach in elite training environments, he brings a rare mix of international experience, practical insight, and real energy, giving Australian coaches a fantastic chance to learn from someone who has lived success on the world stage.

In Sprint Smarter, Keston will share practical insights to help track and field coaches sharpen their understanding of acceleration mechanicsblock starts, and physical preparation.
